Our long term experience acquired over the course of implementation of various kinds of contracts allows us to deliver projects focused on both development of draft contracts for specific business projects and verification of draft contracts drawn up by our clients’ contractors.

Within the framework of our services, we prepare standard legal documentation which may work in your company as standard purchase documentation (e.g. tender or internet auction by-laws, standard purchase orders, etc.) or sale documentation (e.g. general sale or service conditions, standard or frame sale or service contract, the seller’s or service provider’s guarantee, etc.).

For a long time now, we have taken part in development of such business activity forms as leasing or franchising. We are aware that preparing or verification of draft contracts for these relationships includes not only legal specification of the parties’ rights and obligations, but, in the first instance, close cooperation with the client to ensure the client’s intention and principles of their business operation are reflected by the outcome of the project. Such contracts are usually accompanied by additional contracts, such as insurance or intellectual property license contracts. A comprehensive review of all relations between such contracts requires in-depth knowledge and extensive professional experience.
