Witold Strumiński has over 20 years’ experience in delivering legal services to business in Poland, particularly in the Lower Silesia region. Witold’s experience entails on the one hand, practice in top law firms as a leader of Wrocław-based teams of lawyers at Ernst & Young, Domański Zakrzewski Palinka, and PwC, and, on the other hand, his long term tenure with General Electric as in-house lawyer. His experience allows him to combine delivery of professional legal service as well as in-depth knowledge and understanding of the client’s needs and requirements.
Up to date, Witold has handled clients’ projects during the investment phase (including the investment in the Special Economic Zone) and in clients’ everyday operation. Witold’s practice covers commercial companies regulations, contracts law, and labour law. Witold’s particular scope of interest is the field of mergers and acquisitions and restructuring of capital groups. Since 1996 Witold has been a licensed attorney at law.
