Karol Brucko-Stępkowski’s professional experience covers over five years’ practice in the law firms of Domański Zakrzewski Palinka and PwC, which are two of the biggest and most prestigious companies operating in this line of business in Poland. Karol acquired his broad experience in delivering services to business entities in all aspects of their operation.
Karol has advised both on companies’ current business activities which entail areas including commercial companies law, contracts law and labour law, as well as in complicated and long lasting restructuring projects, which involved companies’ mergers, divisions and transformations.
Karol has been involved in numerous projects aimed at acquisition or sale of companies or entire business clusters (groups of companies, companies and enterprises). Within the framework of such projects, Karol led detailed due diligence studies and next drafted relevant contracts aimed to reflect and secure the clients’ interest, while ensuring that the risks specified in the due diligence processes were mitigated. Since 2012 Karol has been a licensed attorney at law.
